She was predeceased by: her spouse Marion "Luke" Burden; her parents, Will Combs and Sally Banks Combs; and her son Marion "D. O." Combs Burden. She is survived by: her sons, Gregory Alan Burden (Beverly) of Winchester and Jeffery Burden of Louisville; and her daughter-in-law Paula Burden of Cynthiana. She is also survived by three grandsons, one granddaughter and two great-granddaughters.
