He was predeceased by: his father Luther Trevathan; and his siblings, Linda Thomason, Martha Sue Kissiar, Alice Kissiar, Faye Crews, Jimmy Trevathan, Bobby Trevathan, Terry Trevathan and Donnie Trevathan.
He is survived by: his wife Ganeen Abanatha Trevathan of Cunningham; and his son Josh Trevathan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
