He was predeceased by: his parents, Grafton Goulder and Effie Lee Milner; and his sisters, Juliette Garrett and Dorthy Teasley. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Wray; his son Kirk Milner; his grandchildren, Morgan and Travis Milner; his great grandchild Iris Milner; his nephews, Greg Teasley, Gary Teasley and David Garrett; and his niece Anita Garrett.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Cunningham Memorial Gardens (1480 Co Rd 1011, Cunningham, KY 42035).
