He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Gail McWaters Terry; and his children, Diana Smith, J. W. Terry III (Janet), Patrick Terry (Jenny) and Angela Langston (Bradley). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
