She is survived by: her parents, Melia Scott of Cunningham and Brad Smith (Mary) of Wickliffe; her brother Evan Smith (Sarah) of Paducah; her stepsiblings, Jennifer Britt (J. C.) of Ledbetter, Stacy Wood (Dena) of Paducah, Todd Shoulta (Tonya) of Paducah, Tony Shoulta (Nikita) of Brookport, Marc Shoulta (Kelley) of Symsonia and Jason Shoulta (Michelle) of Gage; her aunts and uncles, Mike Scott of Paducah, Mindy Hawkins (Todd) of Paducah, Myron Scott (Christi) of Paducah, Tim Smith (Trina) of Wickliffe, Sally Brown of Lexington and Buddy Smith of Brookport; her grandparents, Betty Abanatha Scott of Cunningham, James, Abby Smith of Wickliffe and Gladys Wood of Ledbetter; her nieces and nephews, Eli, Madison, Ellianna Smith, Lauren and Bethany Dupree; her cousins, Kayla Reno of Memphis, TN and Jacob Reno (Tabitha) of Nashville, TN; her close friend Mary Jeffords; her grandparents, Warren Scott, Perry Smith and Kathy Smith; her stepbrother Robert Mayhugh; and her stepfather Bill Wood.
In order to follow health and safety guidelines, the family asks that those people wishing to attend the visitation, spread out their attendance over the five-hour period and to wear a mask.
