It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Ray Blackwell of Cunningham, Kentucky, who passed away on March 13, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elgon Blackwell and Mattie Simpson Blackwell; and his sister Shelby Edging. He is survived by: his wife Janette Summers Blackwell of Cunningham; his children, Cathy Blackwell Fraser (Jerry) of Mayfield and Ricky Blackwell (Melissa) of Bardwell; and his granddaughters, Hailey and Allison Blackwell.
