She was predeceased by: her parents, Hayden Taylor and Cora Cochran; her husband Raymond Fields; and her sisters, Phyllis Carol Taylor and Janice Pfeffer.
She is survived by: her children, Roberta Augusta (Paul) of Johnson City, TN, Debbie Chamberlain (Merle) of Cumberland and David Fields (Sandra) of Cumberland; her sister Janice Smith; her grandchildren, Michael Creech (Andrea) of Lexington, KY, Melissa Creech of Sandusky, OH, Shea Terry (Jeremy) of Lexington, KY, Drew Chamberlain (Kaitlin) of Baxter, Jon Fields (Alyssa) of Cumberland and Megan Owens (Travis) of Lynch; and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Haley, Rhett, Ramsi, Jaxson, Blakeleigh, Elliana, Maddox, Collier, Blair, Andrea and Camden. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
