She is survived by: her children, Cecil Ray Baker and Hannah Elisabeth Eldridge (Timothy); her sister Rhonda Parvin of Gray, TN; her granddaughter Victoria Michelle Baker Shepherd; her great grandchild Abigail Shepherd; and her niece Melissa Evans. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
