He is survived by: his wife Maxie Hampton; his daughters, Rebecca Couch of Salyersville, Maryellen Lewis of Lynch, Angel Couch of Cumberland and Juanita Couch of Lynch; his siblings, Jimmy Couch (Brenda) of Vicco, Wanda Watts (Wade) of Slemp and Linda Coots (Kendell) of Slemp; and his grandchildren, Austin Couch and America Adams.
