She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Morris and Bonnie Caudill Morris; and her siblings, Orville Rogers Morris and Veronica Olene Ingram. She is survived by: her husband Harold Lewis of Cumberland; her children, Betty Russell (Keith) of Lynch, Sheila Dixon (Terry) of Lexington, Allisa Garland (Randy) of Lexington and Harold Wayne "Bo" Lewis (Angie Jo) of Cumberland; her siblings, Earnest Delane Morris of Bunker Hill, IN and Carolyn Spencer of Cumberland; her grandchildren, Kendra Green (TJ), Kacie Russell, Zach Garland, Justin Garland, Taylor Garland, Alexis Lewis and Amber Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Kolbi, Gunnar and Kyson.
Due to the mandates by the Governor of Kentucky, visitation is limited to 60% of building capacity with face mask and social distancing.
