She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert L. Creech; and her son Thomas Dean Creech. She is survived by: her children, Elaine Creech Hewitt of Lansing and Benjamin Lee Creech (Kristi) of Lexington, KY; her grandchildren, Lacye Holbrook (Wes) and Karrah Dixon; and her nieces and nephews, Terry Creech (Gwen), Sherry Creech Jackson, Chrystal Hill (Jamey) and Veronica Boggs. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews, other family and friends.
The family request in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the First Christian Church or the Harlan Public Library.
