He was predeceased by: his parents, Kendall Bowman and Gladys Scott Bowman; and his sister Brenda Lloyd. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Lloyd Bowman of Cumberland; his children, Tonya Halcomb (Jason) of Benham and Greg Bowman (Shawna Fields) of Gordon; his sisters, Mae Lloyd (Albert Jr.) of Cumberland, Jean Hatfield (Danny) of Cumberland and Joyce Sergent (Jamie) of Cumberland; his grandchildren, Corey Hill (Kayla), Danielle Tucker (Jessie), Caden Halcomb, Nolan Bowman and Jayen Fields; his great grandchildren, Payton, Eli, Jonah and Tegan; and his brother Mike Halcomb of Cumberland.
Due to the mandates by the Governor of Kentucky, services are limited to 60% of building capacity with all in attendance wearing a face covering and social distancing.
