He is survived by: his son Jacob; his wife Danita Sue Galloway Warf of Cumberland; his sons, Brian Isbell (Melissa) of Eastvale, CA, Dr. Corey Jackson Warf (Melissa) of Louisville, KY and Jakob Vernon Warf of Richmond, KY; his stepdaughter Jessica Deal of Cumberland; his grandchildren, Luke Isbell, Emily Isbell, Jalyn Deal and Reagan Smith; his great grandchildren, Letty and Viviana Roman; and his brother Danny Warf of Cumberland.
