He is survived by: his wife Lou Ellen Harris Baker of Benham; his children, Della Baker, Jamie Lee Baker of Benham and Robert Baker, Jr. of Cumberland; his siblings, Jack Clontz (Lois) of Nevada, Larry Baker (Pat) of Gordon, John Baker (Melody) of Cumberland, Nettie Petree (Gene) of Knoxville, Mary Hill (David) of Totz and Sandra Hill (Danny) of Chatsworth, GA; his grandchildren, Kendall Baker and Tiffany Baldwin; and his great grandchildren, Kaylionna, Brylan and McKinlee.
Due to the mandates set forth by the Governor of Kentucky, visitation is limited to 50% of the building capacity with mask and social distancing requirement.
