He is survived by: his siblings, Herbert Bailey (Melinda) of Chattanooga, TN, Troy Bailey of Texas, Wanda Bailey of Cumberland, Helen Bailey of Cumberland, Faye Dixon of Cumberland and Ida Ellen Eversole (Billie) of Cumberland; and his nephew Marvin Miller, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
