Cornett, Whitesburg, Carolyn Fisher and Shirley Barnes (Ralph); his grandchildren, Shane Durham (Alexa), Ashlee Cornett, Kelley Romeril (Eric) and Josh Cornett (Jaclyn); and his sister-in-law Sheila Henry Dixon.
He is survived by: his spouse Wanda Henry Cornett.
