It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Kathleen Cannon of Cumberland, Kentucky, who passed away on January 16, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Lee Cannon; her daughter Micki Denise Collier; and her siblings, Ralph Lee, Calvin Rolo, Alexander Douglas Yaden and Addie Lorene Mullins.
She is survived by: her children, Regina Ann McCarty (Steve) of Englewood and John Robert Collier (Neta) of Perkasie; and her grandchildren, Alex Dixon (Sarah) of Cape Coral, Rachel Dixon (Becca) of Lexington, Peyton and Chase Collier of Perkasie, Pennsylvania.. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cumberland Missionary Baptist Church (408 Spring St, Cumberland, KY 40823). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
