She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Stewart and Lillian Stewart; her husband Melvin Hardy, Sr; her son Paul Lawrence Hardy; and her siblings, Virginia Key, Annie Neal, James, Robert, Luther and Willie Stewart.
She is survived by: her sister Elnora Ware. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family.
