He is survived by: his siblings, Deborah Little (Kenneth) of Murfreesboro, TN, Mike Blair (Rhonda) of Benham, KY and Vicki Boggs (Dell) of Cumberland, KY; his nieces and nephews, Leanne VanEpps, Stephanie Hurt, Cody Boggs, Casey Huckleby, Dillon Blair, Haley Boggs-Lee, Miranda Stanton and Courtney Stanton; and his close friend Tatum Bailey. He is also survived by spouses and children.
