She was predeceased by: her parents, Berry Howard and Flora Howard (Morris); her husband Willard E. Collins; her daughter Pamela Schilling; her granddaughter Kylie Baird; her siblings, Willard Howard, Shelby Howard, Donald Howard, Elsie Watts, Emmalou Ison, Evelyn Lawson and Marlene Boggs; and her cousins, Dorothy Naillieux and Louanna Carter.
She is survived by: her daughter Felicia Donahue (JB) of Williamsburg, KY; her grandchildren, Megan Carruba (Anthony) of Lynch, KY, Sara Donahue of Corbin, KY, Shelby Schilling (Mark Bodkin) and Jake (Kassi); her great grandchildren, Nathan Baird, Judah Baird, Valor Baird and Quinn Carruba; her brother Harold Howard; her sister-in-law Joyce Howard; her son-in-law Butch Schilling (Bridget); her cousin Emogene Halcomb; her friends, Libby and Larry Cornett; and her pet Cocoa. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
