She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Scott and Leona Halcomb Scott; her husband Herbert Shepherd (Buddy); her close friend Walter Jay Chandler; her son Michael Shepherd; her granddaughter Shayna Birchfield; and her siblings, Gladys Bowman, Elmer Scott, RJ Scott, Dennis Scott and Howard Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Shepherd (Shelia), Donald Shepherd, Kaye Creech (Kevin) and Tammy Woods (Tom); her sister Anna Sue Johnson; her grandchildren, Ricky Lee Shepherd (Shellece), Britney Shepherd, Brad Creech (Amanda), Kyra Hendrickson (Josh), Drew Woods (Kayla), Brooklynn Sutton (Matt), Robin Webb (Cody), Brett Shepherd (Brooke), Ashley McKnight, Ryan Shepherd, Chad Shepherd, Nick Hoskins, Olivia Hensley, Logan Maggard and Lola Maggard; and her caregivers, Joy Smith and Lisa Dixon. She is also survived by thirty-two great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
