He was predeceased by: his sister Rhonda Hatfield; and his grandparents, Fred Hatfield, Archie and Virgie Delph. He is survived by: his daughters, Claudia Hatfield of Pikeville, Katlin and Kaylee Cook of Memphis, TN; his parents, Wanda Delph of Oak Ridge, TN and Ronald Hatfield of Cumberland; his grandmother Aislee Hatfield of Blair; his cousin Bucky Monday of Speedwell, TN; and his friend Candace Mandrell of Cumberland.
Due to the mandates by the Governor of Kentucky, attendance is limited to 50 percent of building capacity with mask being worn at all times for all services and social distancing.
