He is survived by: his sisters, Daisy Sibrava of Dione, KY and Bea Callahan of Dione, KY; and his children, Jerry, Paula Fields of Xenia, OH, Barbara, Earl Clark of LaFollette, TN, Kathy, Mike McKinley of New Albany, IN, Shirley Redmond of LaFollette, TN, Johnny Jr. Eversole of LaFollette, TN and Wilma Halcomb of Totz, KY. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren, 58 nieces and nephews, other family and friends.
