She is survived by: her children, Ray Stephens of Evansville, Indiana, Sandy Spradlin (Judy Wilson), Misty Stephens (Kandice Bowlman) and Christy Stephens (Billie Strunk); her grandsons, Steve Spradlin of Somerset and Mike Spradlin (Kim Overton); her great grandchildren, Kaden Spradlin, Mike Spradlin and Maddie Spradlin of Pine Knot, Kentucky; and her brother-in-law Donald Stuteville of Evansville, Indiana.
