He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hatfield and Mattie Trent Hatfield; and his siblings, Chelsey Hatfield, Maggie Peace, Edna Bush, Evelyn Turner, Justice Hatfield, Jack Hatfield and John Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Aislee Rigney Hatfield of Cumberland, KY; his children, Bruce Hatfield (Wynona) of Cumberland, Rondall Hatfield of Cumberland, Danny Hatfield (Jean) of Cumberland, Carole Fannin (Jim) of Inez, KY, Brian Hatfield (Vickie) of Cumberland and Jimmy Hatfield (Teresa) of Cumberland; and his brother Pierce Hatfield of Partridge, KY. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
