He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Creech and Thelma Stiles Creech; and his sister Kathy Childers. He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Murray (Brad) of Oxford, OH and Emily Creech (David) of Cumberland; his grandchildren, Bella, Willow of Oxford, OH and Floyd of Cumberland; his sisters, Libby Rigney of Cumberland and Teresa Hawthorne (Gary) of Fort Smith, AR.; and his close friend Shannon Shepherd of Cumberland.
