She is survived by: her husband Sammy Joe Clark; her children, Bradley Clark of Sumpter, SC and Farren Clark of Cumberland, KY; her sisters, Brenda Fields (Raymond) of Cumberland, KY, Bonnie Estep (Roger) of Shawnee, OK and Vicki Vanatta of Indianapolis, IN; her grandchild Raven Clark; her nieces and nephews, Travis Ellis of Cumberland, KY, Josh Ellis of Monticello, KY, Jacob Clark of Ashland, KY, Tracey Blakely of Cumberland, KY and April Adams of Richmond, KY; and her sister-in-law Sandra Johnson of Harlan, KY. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
