She was predeceased by: her parents, Hie Davidson and Bonnie Smith Davidson; her children, Stephen Douglas Miles Jr., Gregory Allen Coots and Leslie Caroline Coots Cox; and her siblings, Francis Davidson, Charlie Davidson, Lowell Davidson, Naioma Maggard, Geraldine Davidson and Roberta Dixon.
She is survived by: her husband Stephen Douglas Miles Sr.; her son-in-law Chad Cox of Cumberland, KY; her niece Michelle Smith; her sister Donna Kay Raleigh (Darrell) of Cumberland, KY; her grandchildren, Stephen Allen Coots, Dylan Blake Cox, Ashley Nicole Coots and Gregory Allen Coots Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Blakely Caroline Cox, Brystol Rhea Cox, Bryon Coots and Blaze Gregory Coots.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made in Evalene's honor to the Fields Masonic Lodge in Cumberland, Kentucky.
