He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Ison Brock; his parents, Boyd Brock and Francis Brock; his siblings, Kit, Pearl, Leaman, Marion, Larry, Homer, Sudie Helton, Florence Brock and Mossie Elliott; and also Kathleen Howard Miles Brock.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Lynn Franks (Pat) of Cumberland, KY, Barbara Lou Blair (Michael) of Cumberland, KY and Ernest Dewayne Brock (Kelli) of Athens, AL; his grandchildren, Terina Jackson, Tara Smith, Wendy Williams, Heather Lewis, Zachary Brock and Chandler Brock; his great grandchildren, Alyssa Fields, Arynn Johnson, Brantley Smith, Alexis Harris, Sydney Williams, Maisey Sergent, Aiden Lewis and Emersyn Grace Brock; his great great grandchildren, Harper Smith, Rhett Fields and Ramsi Fields; and his stepchildren, Debbie Lester (Ron) of Whitesburg, KY, Cathy Sloce (Ray) of Wise, VA, Barry Miles (Tracey) of Whitesburg, KY, Kenny Miles (Kim) of Whitesburg, KY, Sandi Carroll (Larry) of Mt and Larry Wright of Whitesburg, KY. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
