It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Ruth Anderson of Cumberland, Kentucky, who passed away on June 15, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Morgan Barr and Lindy Ellen Barr (Potts); her husband William Howard Anderson; and her siblings, Joan Barr and Donald Barr.
She is survived by: her children, Dolly Ellen (Anderson), Dearner (James Dearner), Timothy Riley Anderson (Sue Mahaffey), Susan Anderson Crull (Elgin Crull), Nancy Eileen Anderson (Dow Marvin), Kathleen Joan Anderson (Johnny Caran) and Jeanne Marie (Anderson); her grandchildren, Ruth Ellen (Hohman), Sarah Allison (Dearner), Christopher Preston Dearner (Elizabeth Silver) and Andrew Nathan Anderson; her great grandchildren, Guy Allbright, Eva Allbright, Anderson Parrott and Brody Parrott; her brother-in-law Jud Anderson; and her extended family Alex Wade. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
