She was predeceased by: her parents, Ransom Turner and Lucinda Sturgill Turner; her children, Andrew Sturgill, Joanna Forrester and Pete; her siblings, Ransom Jr., Pete, Johnny, Eugene, Clyde, Robert and George Turner; and her siblings-in-law, Steve Daniel Taylor and Betty Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Isabelle "Krickett" Risner, Mary Forrester, Suzett Sturgill, Grace Lee Sturgill, Loriann Sturgill, Linda Carter, Debra Carter, Richard Sturgill, Neal Rush, Alfred Carter, Tony Craft and Velda Ellies; her sisters, Isabelle "Crickett" Jones and Bessie Smith; her brothers-in-law, Spud Taylor (Loretta) and John Taylor; and her grandchildren, Nakita Risner and Alena Sturgill. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
