She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Bethel and Pearl Estep McKnight; her husband David Phipps; her son Joseph Earl Phipps; and her siblings, Charles, Harold McKnight, Susie Gilliam, Pauline Trent, Bonnie McKnight, Billie Jean Brock, Faye McKnight and Anna Ruth McKnight.
She is survived by: her son Chris Phipps of Cumberland; and her siblings, Roger McKnight (Brenda) of Benham and Betty Phipps of Salisbury, NC. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the TRI City Funeral Home (506 Holly St, Benham, KY 40807). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
