He is survived by: his children, Tim Kelly (Cumberland) and Tammy Kelly of Ocala, FL; his siblings, Mary Cody of Lake Okeechobee, FL, Wesley Kelly (Cumberland), Walker Kelly (Debbie), Wendell Kelly (Rosa), Wayne Kelly (Yvonne) and Winston Kelly (Sandra); his grandchildren, Jessica Kelly, Ryan Kelly (Brittany), Erin Cope (Kevin), Joshua Collins (Melissa), Caleb Kelly and Sidney Kelly; his great grandchildren, Harlyn Cope and Brantley Collins; and his pet Elvis.
