He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma Coker Ellis and Paul Edward Ellis; his daughters, Shannon Lee Ellis and Stephanie Ann Ellis; and his siblings, James Edward Ellis and Joann Wiley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kacey Nicole Ellis and Amanda Rae Ellis; his brother Charley Ellis (Theresa); his pet Jack; and his grandchildren, Raeanne Nicole Garrett, Erica Dawn Garrett, Noah Hayden Bush, Jackson Lee Deal and Lucah Reed Deal. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
