He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Marsh and Lucille Colson Marsh; his wife Barbara Ann Clay Marsh; his siblings, Earnest Marsh (Buddy), John Jack Marsh, Lou and Virginia Marsh (Jenny); his parents-in-law, Barney Clay and Lilly Clay; his brother-in-law David Halcomb; his nephew DJ Boggs; and his brother-in-law Barney W. Clay, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughter Paula Denise Marsh of Cumberland; his granddaughter Lilliann Belcher (Bradley) of Cumberland; his great grandchild Layton Belcher; and his sisters-in-law, Emogene Halcomb of Benham, Gearldine Combs (Carlos) of Cumberland, Margie Cornett (Harry) of Totz and Betsy Marsh Stagnoli (Monty) of Monticello, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
