He was predeceased by: his son Christopher David Orick; his parents, Charles Orick and Wilma Orick; and his brother-in-law Jack Prewitt. He is survived by: his granddaughter Kayleigh Lewis of Harlan; his siblings, Mike Orick (Judy) of Danville, Donna Prewitt of Putney, Jerry Orick (Debbie) of Greenwood, AR, Darla Crow (Tom) of Cumberland, Frank Orick (Becky) of Cumberland and Faye Turner (William) of Big Laurel; and his nieces and nephews, Michelle (Jon), Melissa (Joe), Jeremy (Kendra), Justin (Karina), Shawn (Sierra), April (Tyler), Robin (Jeremy), Willie (Karina) and Ricky (Sabrina).
