She was predeceased by: her father James M. "Jim" Hornsby; and her brothers, Jimmy "Bebo" Hornsby and John R. Hornsby. She is survived by: her mother Anna Lois Eversole Hornsby of Cumberland; her children, Chris Sellers (Tammy) of Colliers Creek, Kevin L. Pennington of Cumberland, Kaley Pennington (Jesse Osborne) of Cumberland, Kayla Hill (Corey) of Benham and Corey Hornsby (Erica) of Ohio; her sister Sharon Blair (Todd) of Cumberland; her grandchildren, Chase, Jayanna Sellers, Jaylyn Pennington, Eli, Jonnah Hill, Cayden and Weston Hornsby; and her former husband Denny Halcomb of Totz.
