He is survived by: his parents, Eddie McIlquham (Mia) and Kimberly Turner McIlquham (Jack Scalf); his children, Ava and Liam McIlquham; his grandparents, Sondra and Larry Davis; his uncles, John Turner (Deanna), Bobby McIlquham (Lisa), Freddie Coker and Troy McIlquham, Jr. (Mindy); his aunt Kelly Coker; his cousins, Bobby Joe and Jesse McIlquham; and his friend Clay Williams.
