He was predeceased by: his parents, Byrd Estep and Florence Cornett Estep; his sister Betty J. Golden; and his siblings-in-law, Hobart Golden, Jr. and Patricia Collins Vissa (Joseph Vissa).
He is survived by: his wife Diane Collins Estep; his children, Burley Estep, Jr. of Cumberland and Diana Lyn Estep of Fort Thomas, KY.; his sister-in-law Kathleen Collins; his niece Joanna Collins of Quincy, MA; and his nephews, John and Joseph Vissa of Hull, MA. He is also survived by three great nieces; one great nephew; as well as several cousins, other family, and friends.
