She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Purpura; her children, Johnny Lee Meredith (Kari) of Cub Run, KY and Michelle Ferike; her grandchildren, Wayne Ferike, Brandon Ferike, Nathan Ferike, Meliah Ferike and Hailey Johnson; and her siblings, Joey Cannon (Christy), Paulette Webb (Junior), Kaye Givens (Greg), Lorette Mathis (Eddie) and Tammy Burgess (John). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
