He is survived by: his daughters, Stacy Wilson (Allen) of Cub Run, Monica Brooks (Bobby) of Prospect and Alisha Cook of Smiths Grove; his grandchildren, Sarah Hale (Jacob), Elizabeth Cook, Chad Wilson, Larissa Brooks and Sebastian Brooks; his great grandchild Elliott Hale; his brother Jim Waddell (Judy) of Mammoth Cave; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Khiani, Patty Logdson, Sandra Thompson, Otto Thompson (Ersella), Wayne Thompson, Steve Thompson (Virginia), Rondall Thompson, Danny Thompson (Faye) and Jimmy Logsdon. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
