He is survived by: his wife Ruby Denham Bratcher Pannell; his children, James Pannell (Tonya), Angela Pannell, Mike Pannell, Debra Hodges (Bruce) and Linda Serrano (Randy); his brothers, Bobby Pannell and Billy Pannell; his grandchildren, Amanda, Holly, James, Charles, Kenny, Kit, Doug and Don; his great grandchildren, Preslea, Rylea, Jayden, Jonathan, Leah, Lex, Lincoln, Brenten, Gabriel, Ashton, Bailey, Makenzie, Taylor, Colt and Kendall; and his great great grandchild Rowan.
