She was predeceased by: her great grandchild Robbie Avery. She is survived by: her sons, Larry Wayne Sanders (Kim), Bill Sanders (Lynne) and Mike Sanders (Teresa); her grandchildren, Jamie Lynn Poteet, Christopher Wayne Sanders, Douglas B Sanders, Douglas D. Sanders, Delaney Sanders, Derrick Sanders, Stephanie Sanders, Courtney Thomason (Billy), Megan Klaine (Austin) and Emily Hawthorne (Zeb); her sisters, Beverly Meeks (Ernie) and Shirley Vincent; and her pet Baxter. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to T. J. Samson Hospice Association.
