He was predeceased by: his wife Judy West; his daughter Denise West; his grandson Michael Shawn Dies; and his brother Paul M. West. He is survived by: his children, Rick West of Cape Coral, Zachary West (Kasosha) of Cromwell, William B. West (Bonnie) of Owensboro, Lisa Frank (Marty) of Morgantown and Tina Jo Dowell (Roger) of Owensboro; his mother Frances Louise Jackson of Owensboro; his siblings, Norman West (Helene) of Evansville, Indiana, Lou Ethel Dorris of Beaver Dam, Doris June Proctor of Owensboro and Brenda Hanley of Fair Oaks; his friend Chester Buchanan; and his grandchildren, Justen Hayden, Ashton Hutchason-West, Keenan West, Carson West, Kayda Hayden, Jaxen Hayden, Kristie Filippello and Stephanie Filippello. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
