She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Phelps and Monnie Taylor Phelps. She is survived by: her siblings, Paula Phelps Burton of Hartford Kentucky and Allen E. Phelps of Hartford Kentucky; her husband Ricky Butler; her son Taylor Butler; her sister Kim Baize (Robert); and her brother-in-law Terry Burton (Paula). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
