West of Cromwell; her children, Rick West (Heather) of Cape Coral, Zachary West (Kasosha) of Cromwell, Justen Hayden of Beaver Dam and Lisa Frank (Marty) of Morgantown; her stepson William B. West (Bonnie) of Owensboro; her brother Roger Blacklock (Leisa) of Beaver Dam; and her friend Donald G. Brown, Sr. of Owensboro. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
