James E. Rogers Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James E. Rogers (Cromwell, Kentucky), born in Butler, Kentucky, who passed away on December 2, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Claudie A. Rogers; his son Gerald Rogers; his great grandchildren, Courtney Rogers and Joe Lowell Armstrong III; his siblings, Junior Rogers, Margie Morphew, Hazel Coots and Lorene Greer; and his daughter-in-law Katherine Butler Rogers.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn Burgess (Bill) of Cromwell and James Darryl Rogers of Cromwell; his grandchildren, Dennis Rogers (Jan), Denise Rogers Gleason (Al), Teresa Rogers, Tara Burgess Armstrong (Joe), Trina Burgess Armstrong (Mark), Trent Burgess, Sarah Rogers and James "Corey" Rogers; and his brother Robert Rogers of Bowling Green. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
