He was predeceased by: his brother Christopher Shane Kincer; and his grandparents, Elbert Wright, Alpha Kincer Wright, Boonie Potter and Dessie Potter.

He is survived by: his parents, Terry Wayne of Cromona and Rochelle Potter Kincer of Cromona; his significant other Cindy Tsang; and his sister Misty LaCelle Pennington (Brandon) of Cromona.

Burial will follow in the Haven of Rest Cemetery at Mayking, Ky. favorite_border Donations Pledges.
