He is survived by: his children, Otis Jacobs of Haymond, Barbara Smith (Ricky) of Jenkins, Sally Childers (Lee) of Jenkins and Michelle Smith (Mike) of Knott County; his grandchildren, Erica Chaffins, Eric Smith, Kimberly Smith (Ethan), Jake Smith, Billy Jacobs, Caleb Jacobs, Arianna Jacobs, Jeffery Jacobs, Bruce Jacobs (Kaitlyn), Paul Childers (Arletta), Alex Childers (Hailey), Michael Childers, Sherman Jacobs and Michelle; his great grandchildren, Jaden, Nate, Jake, Bella, Jackson, Ivy Ann, Evie, Allyah, Aiden, Casidy, Naveah, Xavier, Zanen, Zachary, Bailey and Kayley; and his close friend Lee Stump.
