She is survived by: her husband Gene Stevens; her children, Joyce Hancock of Madisonville, KY, Shirley McLemore of Madisonville, KY, Trish Smith of Madisonville, KY, Brenda Hendren (Terry) of Grove, OK, Curtis Eugene May (Joni) of Madisonville, KY, Susan Mullins of Morton's Gap, KY, Jeffery McClain of Madisonville, KY, Connie Sue Pharris (Eric) of Crofton, KY, Thomas Albert Stevens (Peggy) of Central City, KY and Jason Michael Stevens of Mt. Vernon, IN; and her sisters, Imogene Farthing and Phyllis Hensarling. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
